It is my great pleasure to announce the organizing of the 3rd Forum of Asian Graphic Arts Technology in Bangkok, Thailand from October 29 to November1, 1998. This will again be an important forum for printing industry professionals to participate and exchange their intelligence in printing technology to industry fellows from 7 member countries and other countries in the Asian region.
The Federation of Thai Printing Industries is proud to be the organizing committee for this coming event. To maximize your visit to Thailand at this opportunity, we have managed to stage FAGAT'98 during the international printing technology exhibition, Thai Pritn'98 and Thai Pack Print'98, which are supported by the Federation of Thai Printing Industries and member associations. This will allow you and your members to explore new technology for printing as well as supplies and services from local and international suppliers. It will also provide the opportunity to update those technologies available in the local printing industry which intern, will assure the quality of printing services to our clients worldwide.
Besides the concurrent exhibition, a visit to printing houses in Bangkok and surrounding areas as well as a city tour for those coming to Thailand for the first time together with their accompanying them is also being organized to provide an opportunity to learn more about Thailand and Bangkok and to make your stay during this event a memorable one.
I, therefore, would like extend my personal invitation to you and your members to attend the 3rd FAGAT'98 in order to enhance the development of printing technology among member countries in particular and to exchange the latest technology for printing professionals with other Asian countries. On this occasion, the Federation of Thai Printing Industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Reed Tradex Company, the organizer of Thai Print'98, as secretariat for FAGAT'98.
