Minutes of General Meeting

  1. On the establishment of technical committee
    Continuing deliberation from the 2nd FAGAT in Seoul and 3rd FAGAT in Bangkok. The proposal was discussed under the deliberation in Beijing. Mr. Fujio Saito of director for charge of FAGAT in JAGAT was entrust to make a questionnaire for establishment of technical committee in FAGAT and informed results.
    The concept:
    * Determination of establishment of technical committee
    * From 5th FAGAT in manila, Philippine
    * One of organization of FAGAT
    * Duties and activities:
    a. Annual general meeting will be held during FAGAT meeting
    b. Chairman will elected in member by mutual vote
    c. Committee member / 1-3 members from each country

  2. Take place of next annual meeting
    The concept:
    *Decided to the Philippine Printing Technical Foundation *Opening: In "Printech Manila 2000" on September 28 to October 1(tentative)

  3. On enlarging member countries of FAGAT
    The concept:
    Send a information to Philippine Printing Technical Foundation of next host country if who has to recommend any country for new member.

  4. Confirmation of contact unit and person in each country
    The concept:
    *The unification of contact desk in each country
    *Timely notice to host country about any changes

  5. Other necessary discussion topics
    Information of the 7th World Print Congress in Beijing which will held in conjunction with China Print on 20 - 25, May, 2001.
